So Im almost done with the Honduras trip … just two more days to go after the latest installment that I just posted in the My Travels section.? Check it out as our trip comes to an end and we get geared up to spend some time resting and relaxing before heading back to the states.

I also realized that I never posted a race report for the Toyota Challenge Half-Ironman that I did back on September 23rd.? So take a few minutes and read up on my first attempt at the 70.3 distance.
